Resource items

After you add a resource, you can add items:

• with barcodes
• without barcodes

Resource items can be:

• Items = hardware, instruments, athletic gear, etc.
• Media = software
• License = software

To populate the item page for your resource

Note: These steps are a continuation of the steps you followed in Resource Details.

1. What item are you populating?

   If you are populating...	Then
   Add Media page	For details on specific fields on the Add Media page, click the .
   Add License page	For details on specific fields on the Add License page, click the .
   Add Item page	For details on specific fields on the Add Item page, click the .

2. Populate the rest of the fields accordingly.
3. If you want to add a historical note or print labels, select the applicable boxes.
4. When you are done, click Save and follow the prompts.
5. To add more items, repeat the steps in Add Details.
