View an Order Archive

Select Catalog > Resource Orders > Archive

Order archives are retained for two types of orders: denied and completed. When an order is received by a site, the order is placed in the Completed section on the Orders Archive page.

Denied orders remain on the Orders page until they are removed ( ), but remain indefinitely on the Orders Archive page.

View archived order details

  1. If you are not on the Orders Archive page, then follow the steps in the blue title bar.
  2. Find the order you want.
  3. Do one of the following:
  • To view order details, click .
  • To view shipment details, click .

View a note

You can view notes for any order. If existing notes are available for an order, click to view them.

Customize the page content

You can choose the information displayed on the page by selecting the sections to display in Customize View. You can also adjust the date filter to further resource order information you want to see.
