Resource Status—Help Tickets (Resource Manager)

1. In the Find Resource box, enter the resource you want. Important Wildcards (*) are support. For example, you can enter cam*.
2. Click Go!.
3. From the results list, find the resource you want.
4. Next to the resource you want, click +Select. You return to the New Ticket page.
