Help Ticket History (Resource Manager)

When you create a Help Ticket a history of the Help Ticket begins to be tracked. You can find this information in the Help Ticket History page.

note The assigned Servicing team and member appear in the Help Ticket History and on the Deleted Resources report.

To view the history of a Help ticket

  1. If you are not in the Edit Help Ticket page, then follow the steps in the blue bar with white letters (above).
  2. Click View History. The Help Ticket History page opens.
  3. If you want to print the Help Ticket History, click Printable.
