Title record (Textbook Manager)

important: Complete records provide a greater level of detail, along with budget, curriculum, and grade level information. In addition, they improve your search results and the completeness of reports.

The Add or Edit Textbook, Add or Edit Teacher's Edition, or Add or Edit Resource Kit page provides you with tabs for entering information for your titles: Text (or Kit) Info and Adoption Info.

note: You must add or create a title record for the main edition of the textbook before you can create records for copies, teacher's editions and their copies, or kits and their copies.
Destiny® references all copies, teacher's editions, and kits by their main edition.

• Textbook title record (main edition)
  • Textbook copy records
  • Teacher's edition title record
    • Teacher's edition copy records
  • Resource kit title record
    • Resource kit copy records
    • Resource kit component records

Once you have created a textbook record, you can add copy records, providing information about their condition, location, and purchase date and price. You can also add title and copy records for teacher's editions and for resource kits.
